What's up with these people? They don't like the "old" equipment and they downright hate the "new" computerized voting. Just what kind of voting do they want?

Bring back the HAND-COUNTED PAPER BALLOT.

Reinhardt was not on the panel, but the ACLU Foundation of Southern California was of counsel to the plaintiffs.

SCOTUS will not touch this and they should not, if they overturn this, it will be an election issue against Bush. Just leave it alone, don't play into the Dems hands, CA is not worth it, let the voters there sort it out.

Absolutely...it's going to create a monster!!

...when other countries around the world are trying to have free and open elections, it would tip the scales to have the recall go forward."

Huh?! This new trend of our federal courts to base their rulings at least in part on international opinion is deeply worrisome. The Left has us fighting so many issues on so many fronts lately that I fear this trend is not getting the notice — and push-back — it deserves.

Federal judges only leave the bench three ways:

1) They resign
2) They die
3) They're impeached and removed by congress.

Judge Napolitano on FOX says that it is "bitter irony" that these three judges were selected by the "random" (huge emphasis here) process of judge-selection that is supposed to take place.

More like Bubba greased a lot of palms in the selection room

I agree with you. This is part of a take-over by judges who think they know better than the people or the legislatures, and treat laws and constitutions like silly putty.

Many of you know I am planning a run for Congress. Please help me, so I can FIGHT the SOB's on this issue, among others. Click below.

BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
HA HA HA HA HA HA!

The DemocRATS
have just cut their own throats by "winning" this appeal...as Kalifornia's position swirls down the commode, and the 'rats gleemingly demonstrate their inability to perform, the voters--even many of the idiot ones--will bail on them.

They got what they wished for, and they're going to regret it. Big Time.

No recall, but here is the procedure for complaining: Section 351 of Title 28 of the United States Code provides a way for any person to complain about a federal judge who the person believes "as engaged in conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts[.]" 28 U.S.C. § 351(a) (formerly codified at 28 U.S.C. § 372(c)). The Ninth Circuit local rules provide a mirror mechanism by which an individual can file a complaint about a federal judge. See 9th Cir. R.. Jud. Miscon. 1.
I will do just that - thanks
