I'll probably get flamed for this, and I'm not for illegal immigration, but...

Who the heck carries around five pairs of handcuffs? Were these guys off-duty police? If not, and they're patrolling the desert looking for illegal crossers, I'm all for it but, hey! Find out whether or not it's legal first! Sheesh.

The best way for "vigilantes" to bring attention to illegal immigration is not to detain illegals unless they are on their own the "vigilantes" private property.

However, a $200 GPS transiever and a two way radio would work wonders. Calling the Border Patrol each and every time an illegal is spotted.
