Probably destroyed his back with the previous weight.

Has to take meds for pain or learn to live with it.

He is screwed from a pain management point of view for sure.

All he can do is dry out and only be allowed so many pills a week under prescription. Being he has access anytime to pills with his wealth, this could be very tough.

I am 24 and when I was 21 learned that I had two herinated disks in my lower back. I player DIII lacrosse, surfed, hunted, and lifted alot of weights. It was extremly painful and I have resisted taking strong medication. I am still able to surf and hunt but everyday contact of lacrosse or other sports is impossible. Long story short, I live in pain because I am afraid of strong drugs. My prayers are with Rush. I can understand how even the strongest people can not overcome their pain.

The average guy, won't be able to get another prescription for abusable drugs again if they admit they are an addict. And for good reason.

The elite, of course, are different.
