I have never heard Rush condemn drug users or say they should be sent to prison.

Perhaps you haven't listened to him as much as I have. I've heard it a LOT of times.

I've been listening to Rush consistently since April 1990. I cannot recall him ever forthrightly addressing drug addiction. Not once.
