A man who officials said has been deported from the U.S. five times was arrested last week for attempted kidnapping in Alabama. The Elmore County Sheriff identified the suspect as Yordy Centeno-Melchor, 31. The sheriff said Centeno-Melchor tried to kidnap a teenage girl at a store in Holtville on New Year’s Eve.
