“The Knights of Columbus speech comes at a critical time in this election year, especially with Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi once again justifying her advocacy of abortion and same-sex “marriage” while publicly describing herself as a “faithful Catholic,” despite the jarring juxtaposition.”

Nancy Pelosi calls herself a “faithful Catholic” when in fact and deed she is no more than a “cafeteria Catholic.” By that I mean that she picks and chooses which aspects of the religion to follow and disregards the others. Catholics, and for that matter all people of faith need to take a stand and not vote or contribute to any politician who supports abortion rights. Period.

Bravo to Carl Anderson. The problem with focusing on Pelosi is that the real problem is abortion is the official policy of the entire Dem party. Sadly enough, BO will likely pull more Catholic votes than McCain in November. From what I see, neither party wants this issue heated up so it is really in the background.
