Being forcibly enrolled in something and willingly participating in something are two different things.
Your opinion of Mormonism is pretty obvious from your FR About Page. Who knows, down the road a few decades you might just be enrolled in that Faith Tradition by proxy Baptism.

How long has Alex Murphy been engaged in full-time anti-Catholic activities?

Let me know when you get an answer.

John 15:19 If you belonged to the world, the world would love its own; but because you do not belong to the world, and I HAVE CHOSEN you out of the world, the world hates you.

The flock that Our Lord sent you to shepherd loves you Papa!

Dear meandog,

“’I am now as before a Catholic and will always remain so,’ Hitler told Gerhard Engel,...”

Kathleen Sebelius also thinks she is a Catholic.

Saying it doesn't make it so.

I may be a Protestant, but this criticism of B14 from Israel over a perfectly fine address makes me so mad that my teeth hurt.

Put another way: it has affected my opinions...very likely permanently.

A quick perusal of posts would give a good indication as to a person’s general history.

For example:

How many posts per week does a poster post regarding a religion that is not his own religion.

Of course the same survey on “initiated threads” would give you an “intensity” factor as well.

I don’t see anything anti-Catholic in posting this article.

I don’t either.

I’m simply stating that you can garner a history by simply perusing the posting history of and poster.

Of course either way it is just opinion. But I think Taxachussetts was thinking along the lines of a history of posts versus this specific thread.

"Compared to the brilliant Pope, our country's President is a weak, devious, amoral street hustler all dressed up in a Brooks Brothers suit."

Nailed it!

That’s what FR is for, posting articles for discussion, on topics of interest to the poster. We have a lively Religion forum in great part thanks to Alex.

This could not have come from Mein Kampf because Mein Kampf published in 1925, 16 years before this quote. Also remember that Hitler was a master liar and manipulator. I'm sure he told his generals what ever he thought they needed to hear to follow him blindly.

It comes directly from Mein Kampf...the other quote was from 1941.

In Catholic theology, one is Catholic when he is validly baptized, confirmed as Catholic and — the part Hitler lacked — remains obedient to the entirety of the teaching of the Church.

Proclaiming oneself Catholic doesn’t make one.

Some people are obligated; it's a tenet of their religion:

THE WESTMINSTER CONFESSION OF FAITH (1646)
    Chapter XXV

VI ...nor can the Pope of Rome in any sense be head thereof; but is that
Antichrist, that man of sin and son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the
Church against Christ, and all that is called God.

The Pope has endorsed a philistinian state. That’s all I need to know. He can go back to the Vatican now.

The Church has supported the two state solution for Palestine since 1948.

Exactly. Another thing most people forget: Hitler’s officer corps had a large percentage of the old German nobility (such as Claus von Stauffenberg) who were generally speaking VERY devout Catholics. By keeping them close and under watch he was able to impugn their own family names and control their behavior. I’m sure he had to tell them he was “truly Catholic” in order to keep them appeased and deflect their criticism. I’d sooner believe what Hitler said in private than what he said in public. The guy was an evil lunatic who spoke with a forked tongue.
