Thanks for the info, Mark. There's a whole lot of [excommmunicated] FReeper Catholics out there who'd rather denounce me than denounce their own priests, based on their own posting history.

There are a bunch of people either within or on the fringes of the Church who are heinous sinners and have done great harm to others. I've never denied that, and neither have the serious Catholics.

I have to say this is a hilarious epic Google search FAIL and completely your fault!

I'd check the meds first before blurting this out to the world. Point the first: it is a quote from the article. Point the second: I am a lifelong Catholic and know how to spell Canon. Point the third: there is a certain absurdity to the article which claims secrecy, yet it went out to every individual above the rank of priest in both East and West.

Thank you for your spelling and Google search tips, though I think that I shall make it quite adequately through my Internet searches without your most excellent advice.

How would you know if you weren't a moderator yourself???  Anyway, if that one moderator is you, then you are a liar and fraud, and if not, that moderator who told you this information is a liar and fraud..and that goes for any religion moderator who stated that I was "warned" multiple times....   I was not.

 

For the record I received one and only one freepmail from some insane religion moderator who stated that I must stop "the war" with a freeper named Titus Quinctius Cincinnatus.  (it's been 2 years, I think this is the freeper the mods. mentioned I was at war with).

 

I almost fell on my rear when I read that ridiculous FReepmail from one of the religion moderators for the reason that I NEVER knew, until then, that a  FReeper named Titus Quinctius Cincinnatus existed and that I was having a "war" with him...  I still can't get over that freepmail from the religion moderator, LOL... Granted, in 10 yrs. on the FR, I may have replied to a post or two without even noting who it was from, but a stated "war", give me a break.

 

This was the first time I saw the true colors of the FRee Republic in regards to the Catholic Religion.  For 6 years I was reading so many anti-Catholic threads, I couldn't take it any more.  And for one little month I decided to post some Protestant (including born-again Christians, fundamentalists, assemblies of God, southern Baptist, etc. they are all protestants) minister abuse threads and some Protestant Freepers went ballistic. 

 

It was the day that I was suspended for one week that I had another, my 2nd FReepmail, that the religion moderator stated he was "tired" of this crap and it had to stop....That's why I was rather surprised with the complaint & suspension by the moderator.  I was only warned ONCE about a so-called war with a freeper I never knew about and next I knew it I was suspended for "crap".

 

So, I ask again, what crap?  what tired you out so much?  the anti-Catholic crap for 6 years or the one little month of the threads I posted.  And why was this mod angry in the first place?  Were protestant freepers complaining?  I don't know.

 

If the mods wanted me to stop posting, they should have requested that. They did not.  I never received a FReepmail that I must STOP posting Protestant minister abuse threads.   They had a perceived notion that I was at war with a freeper I never knew and only ONCE told me to stop being at war with that particular freeper..

 

To this day, I still don't know what the heck they were talking about and don't know why I was prevented from posting Protestant minister abuse threads while Protestants can still post Catholic abuse threads.   

 

Catholics need not apply.  Catholics need not post minister abuse threads.

Both sides were posting sex abuse articles about the other - some very old. It was a flame war being conducted by article posting and BOTH sides were instructed to stop it.
