Whoever the nominee ends up being, voters must make certain they show up in droves to fill the senate and house seats with conservatives. Thus, regardless of who the ultimate presidential nominee becomes the nation will be safeguarded. That represents the best current alternative.

I'm not arguing that we shouldn't fill Congress with conservatives.

I'm just saying that not voting against Obama is voting for him. Voting for someone with no chance to win is also voting for Obama.

Given the choice between Obama and anybody on the Republican side, I hold my nose, pray for forgiveness, and swing on the elephant's tail.

Not that I'm happy about it; nor can I in good conscience criticize those that cannot bring themselves to do that.
