It says 'born from above'. Look it up. And not in one of your fashionable god-in-the-mirror and 'modern' Bibles that pander to a certain mindset. You preach Jewish semi nomenclature. Go back to the original New Testaments, not the politically directed offal that you spout.

First off, you have never seen an original New Testament nor do you know anyone who has...So quit fakin' it...

Secondly, what does the greek say???

ἄνωθεν
anōthen
an'-o-then
From G507; from above; by analogy from the first; by implication anew: - from above, again, from the beginning (very first), the top.

As we can see, it can mean from above...It can mean 'again'...

Then Jesus goes on to explain that being born again is being born of the Spirit...

If Jesus had said 'born from above' Nicodemus couldn't have ask this question...

Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born

Nicodemus would have known Jesus was not referring to being born again from his mother's womb...It has to be 'born again' to make sense of the scripture...

It can but not in this case.

If Jesus had said 'born from above' Nicodemus couldn't have ask this question...

We are not talking about Jesus being born from above, we are talking about us being born from above. Jesus didn't have to be born from above, He is God.

Oddly enough, Google Translate has only two translations: above, and from above. Nothing about 'again'.

Bing Translator has 'above' only.

Where did you find your translation?

** you have never seen an original New Testament **

Aren’t you making it personal here?
