The Blessed Virgin Mary promised to Saint Dominic and to all who follow that "Whatever you ask in the Rosary will be granted." She left for all Christians Fifteen Promises to those who recite the Holy Rosary.
Imparted to Saint Dominic and Blessed Alan
Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall receive signal graces.
I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.
The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.
The Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire for eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.
Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life.

What does the Bible say about repetitious prayer?
Disturbing.
A Christian has no need for superstitions and idols. Immerse yourself in the truth of His Word, not beads and empty chants.
“He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.” (Psalm 91:4)
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
(Psalm 119:105)
The Rosary: Vain Repetition

Remember the rosary is the Gospel of Jesus used in prayer. It is scripture based.
The Rosary is simply that, Gospel passages used for prayer. There is nothing wrong with using scripture for prayer.
Yes, the Grace and blessings are abundant indeed.
It is absolutely the best non-chemical cure for insomnia from daily worries, fears and doubts and there are no negative side affects.
I suggest memorizing the mysteries first, then the Hail Mary, Glory Be, and everyone should know the Creed and Our Father. Print out a card from the internet for the Hail Holy Queen.
Before you start praying, always ask God to protect you while you pray because as my Mom says, if you want to see the Devil try to get your family to say the Rosary together.
And what does the Bible also say about praying without ceasing?
The Rosary is broken into four separate parts (sets of mysteries), It’s really not too complicated.
Joyful Mysteries — meditate on Christ’s life in the womb to his being found in the temple (childhood)
Luminous Mysteries — meditate on the life of Christ from his first miracle at the Wedding at Cana to his last miracle, the Institution of the Eucharist.
Sorrowful Mysteries — while you say these meditate on Christ’s passion and death — from the Agony in the Garden to the Crucifixion.
Glorious Mysteries — meditate on Christ’s life after the Resurrection; this set also contains two mysteries about the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The prayers are incidental. What’s important is the meditation on the parts of Christ’s life.
can you help me, I can’t find a verse in the Bible where this is stated????? I’d like to read it for myself.
where? in the bible is this scripture?
Please look up Scott Hahn - “Rome Sweet Home”
The Rosary is POWERFUL.
“The Blessed Virgin Mary promised to Saint Dominic and to all who follow that “Whatever you ask in the Rosary will be granted.” “
Bogus.
Amen!!!
Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary...

Serve who??? ... Mary???
That’s just messed up big time!
You peeps down here on the earthly plane need to let Mary rest in peace. I can just picture her up in the heavenly abode yelling down at you all to just knock it off .... then explaining to our Heavenly Father ... I don’t know why they keep calling on me Lord ... there’s no order found for that anywhere.
Don’t fall for the deception. Just because it has words and phrases from Scripture doesn’t make it biblical. The rosary is a futile wicked invention of Rome. It’s a superstition that will do you as much good as a rabbit foot.
“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do...” -Matthew 6:7
“I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” -Isaiah 42:8
I suggest you spent some time at former priest Richard Bennett’s site. Richard was a priest for decades before he finally came to know Christ. Now he has a ministry aimed at reaching Catholics. his site is bereanbeacon.org
Here’s what a Just a For Catholics has to say in The Rosary:
Question: I was taught that the rosary is scriptural because all 15 mysteries tell about the life of Christ. The “hail Mary” (the first part anyway) is taken directly from the Bible. Your thoughts?
Answer: Consider first of all, the form of the rosary. It is 10 repetitions of the ‘Hail Mary’ for five times. What did our Lord say about repetitious prayer? “When you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words” (Matthew 6:6,7). Prayer is the spontaneous expression of the heart before God - of praise and thanksgiving, confession and petition. Repeating the same prayer over and over again tends to dull the mind. Such repetitions are vain and pagan.
Secondly, and more importantly, note that Jesus told us to address our prayer to God. “Pray to your Father.” There is no example or permission in the whole Bible of Christians praying to anyone except God. And for a good reason. God is able to hear our prayers from heaven (there must be thousands of people praying at this very moment), because He knows all things. “whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone...then hear in heaven Your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to everyone according to all his ways, whose heart You know - for You alone know the hearts of all the sons of men” (1 Kings 8:38,39). God knows our heart and He hears our prayer. But Mary is not God. She is a finite human being. She does not know the hearts of all people. God alone knows them. “For You ALONE know the hearts of all the sons of men.”
Thirdly, when Catholics pray to Mary: “Pray for us sinners, now and in the hour of our death,” they are placing their trust for salvation in the hands of a creature, rather in the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Mary herself did not do so because she acknowledged God as her Savior (Luke 1:47). The Catholic Catechism explains the significance of the ‘Hail Mary’: ‘Our trust broadens further, already at the present moment, to surrender the hour of our death wholly to her care’ (paragraph 2677). Please find Act 7:59 in your Bible and read about a Christian at the very moment before his death. To whose care did he commit his spirit before he died? And then ask yourself, to whom am I surrendering the hour of my death - to Mary (a saved creature) or to the Lord Jesus (our God and Savior)?
Powerfully wicked. I know all about Hahn.
Do you have the Gospel of Luke in your Bible? Start with Luke 1:26 where the Angel Gabriel comes to Mary and speaks to Mary:
28 And he came to her and said, "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!"
Then go down to Luke 1: 41
41 And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit
42 and she exclaimed with a loud cry, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!
43 And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
The word, Jesus, was added at a later date by the Church.
Now for the second half:
Holy Mary, Mother of God -- look at Luke 1:43 -- pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.................the last part is just asking Mary to pray for us.
