Sweet! I noticed that the baby boy’s little hat fell off, and the distinguished man from the front seat picked it up and passed it back over the crowd.

I always had hoped Ferrari would hook up the Popes with some cool, but practical ride, but alas, no.
Pretty sure the haters will be on any minute though.
Pope Francis, walking the walk.

Pretty sure the haters will be on any minute though.Beating them to the punch: It's fake. It was a set up, like Clintoon and Obastard at Normandy Beach.
Big deal a blessing, Why not give her money from the Vatican treasury?

According to this report, as written, the Pope’s car was transporting him to see the woman who was alongside the road. Is that just a poor translation from the Italian or another example of why journalism is the lowest degree option available in any university? Have they no proof readers?

I think it’s just crummy writing. The writer was trying to avoid saying “The Pope stopped his car,” because it’s probably not “his car” in the sense of his name on the title. Then the writer got lost in a sea of dependent clauses.

Our Triune God has blessed all of us by giving us this good and holy man as the Patriarch of the West.

Say what you want about the Catholic Church (and I can be pretty rough on them) and this Pope (who might be a bit leftist)..... but he’s a class act the knows what Holiness is all about.

Our Triune God has blessed all of us by giving us this good and holy man as the Patriarch of the West. why is the pope more "holy" than the rest of believers?

I didn’t say he was, though he was chosen by God to be the Patriarch of the West and is what we Orthodox Greeks call a “Thoro you Theou”, a Gift of God. That’s generally good enough for us simple Eastern Christians.

After the Pope's video went viral, many Cardinals and Bishops rushed out to trade in their limos for slightly smaller cars...
(Leave the limos to the mafia!)
