For years the "Seal of the Confessional" was recognized for any denomination. I don't recall ever hearing of a judge that had the stones to push the issue with any clergy, (I could be wrong and would like to know if I am.)
First Gay marriage, female clergy, and now this.
What won't they buckle on?

This happened in a county jail where the priest was unknowingly recorded while hearing a Confession. He won the case, BTW.

(Please tell me how the words "shall not perish and have everlasting life" would NOT apply to Mary.)
