I could go on at length about superficial things and style over substance but I’d really like to know how common it is in these “megachurches” for there to be just bad theology coming from the pulpit. I watched one episode of RWOC and the “apostle” denied the Trinity and the deity of Christ without even so much as a pause for effect. Is that normal or is it just peculiar to these particular weirdos?

TD Jakes is a raving modalist. Total denial of the Trinity. Many here will deny that, but in spit of the fact that he says the Trinity is real, his statement of belief says otherwise.

Osteen can’t spell Trinity.

I see it like this, if you are going to get the numbers you have to water it down to the lowest common denominator, otherwise people will leave.

It's hard to tell.

I don't trust a one of them. Not televangelists.

Not self-appointed "apostles".

Not pastors of "seeker sensitive" churches.
