While all of these negatives are worth noting, the essential thing to note is that the a black Mass requires an illicitly obtained consecrated host. The first amendment doesn’t allow me to steal from you even if I claim that the theft is necessary for me to exercise my religion as I understand it.

Interesting, because as a Protestant I believe that accepting communion is between myself and God. If I accept communion at a Catholic church then I’ve accepted communion and that’s not a sin. Likewise, if a Catholic accepted communion at our church we’d not see it as a sin but as something between that person and God.

I don’t think any Catholic would accept Holy Communion at any church other than a Catholic Church.

I’ve been at both and Anglican Church, a Lutheran Church and an Episcopal Mass; I didn’t receive Communion in any of them.

There are rules. Are you ignoring them?

I ignore the rules of the Catholic church because I am not a Catholic. But I do honor the 'rule' where I was told, simply, "Do this in remembrance of me."

Jesus never said anything about any church having a monopoly on that. Nor is there any Scriptural basis for limiting communion to one particular schism of Christianity.

Most priests either announce it during the Mass (especially at funerals and weddings about how to come forward for only a blessing.)

At my church we welcome non-Catholics and those not receiving Communion and tell them how to come forward for a blessing.......not the Sacrament of the Eucharist .......just a blessing.

Have you head those instructions before? If you have, then you are disobeying, wouldn’t you say?

To quote a Catholic: Lex iniusta non est lex.

Applying it here, a rule that has no basis in God has no authority in His house.

Of course, as a Catholic you are free to tell me I'm going to hell because I'm not a Catholic and I'm free to do what God and Jesus have asked of me regardless of what you may or may not claim as a rule. It isn't a rule to me because I think it's absurd.
