Before we even go there, what is a "second Trinity?" [Or -- also mentioned -- a "third Trinity?"] And, by implication, some entities in [some numbered] Trinity are "not at Godhead Level" but they might be "even promoted" there soon...
This is the kind of confused baloney you get from Muslims claiming to refute Trinitarian Doctrine without having the least understanding of hypostasis or anything else to do with Christianity. Shocking to read it coming from a supposed Christian.

Sounds Hindu pantheistic to me. The Muslims claim One True (snicker) god. (The little g is on purpose.)
