Well I refer to my as John. I have reason for this. When I was little I had a rather hard go of it. I had an "invisible friend" his name was Johnny. There have been numerous time in my life when I felt Johnny's presence. His name may not be John, and it matters not. But when I call upon him he always comes.

Putting on my spiritual amour. I don't care if no one believes, it does not matter, I know what I know. I know you dear Salvation know what I mean.

There are only 10 places open (after siblings) for first grade at Catholic school next September, yesterday we received a letter of congratulations that our daughter has been accepted. That leaves 5 from the Catholic kindergarten out and my wife thinks another 50 from outside people.

Before I go on, let me say I absolutely LOVE how you actually put words in my mouth to then tear down. Well done! False, but entertaining!

What I actually said is that the literal words of the verse you quoted do NOT say anything about the purpose of a Guardian Angel being only to lead us to heaven. In fact, no where does Scripture say that is their purpose at all.

The only place Scripture speaks of the purpose of angels in relation to humans is that they are "created to render service to those who are already are believers."

"The purpose of every Grace God grants us is to lead us to salvation." No doubt you can support that with a clear verse that says exactly what you claim this time? "Oh, except Guardian Angels. Thanks for clearing that up. "

Again, just putting words in my mouth. Perhaps if you just posted facts, it would strengthen your argument.
