All I said was he must be having a hard time dredging up Catholic-bashing material if he had to resort to a four-year old article about something that happened a hundred years ago.
What is untrue about that statement?
Besides that, it sounds pretty much par for the course in that era. Public schools treated kids pretty much the same. They certainly didn't do anything near what would occur in a common, ordinary Madrassa to this day.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, Gamecock. Catholics on here are very, VERY sensitive to anyone exposing anything that isn’t skittles and unicorns.
