All churches have to of through reformation if they seek to follow Christ. The Episcopal church is no longer a Christian church.
No Christian church will ever hold to acceptance of homosexuality. Nor would it cover up sexual assault on children by church leadership.

A bunch of liberals put forth a document in the synod, simultaneously leaking it and suggesting that it was about to be adopted.
They overplayed their hand.

I'm not sure what the "embrace queer marriage" faction is thinking. Haven't they seen what it has done to the mainline Protestant sects who've gone down this road? How can they possibly think the Roman Catholic faith will not suffer in like manner?

I don’t think the conservatives have won, I think they’ve been marked. There is a common characteristic with most Jesuits I know; a veneer of humility covering an enormous arrogance.

P.S. Just today, Pope Benedict beatified the pope who suppressed the Leonine Prayers and suppressed the Traditional Latin Mass.
...the majority of current priests are only too happy that these happened...

I had no idea that the Leonine prayers were suppressed BEFORE THE COUNCIL WAS EVEN OVER!
