In the Gospel of Mark we read of Jesus’s fight over obeying Jewish law with two healings of Gentiles. Jesus travels to two cities in what is now Lebanon. Mark tells the story of the Syrophoenician woman who finds Jesus at a friend’s house in Tyre and begs him to heal her demon possessed daughter. Jesus then goes to the Decapolis and comes across a crippled man who is deaf and mute and heals him. He also feeds the 4000 and drives out the demons into the herd of pigs in Gentile country. He did reach out to the Gentiles but he never bowed down in any of their temples.

If he didn’t go to declare Jesus Christ to them, at best he is wasting his time and at worst he is giving them false assurance in their satanic beliefs.
