“What part of ALL WILL BE in Heaven is not clear?”
He didn’t say “All will be” in Heaven, he said to a General Audience consisting of thousands, “All of us will be up there together, all of us!” Maybe presumptuous but far from a proclamation of universal salvation. Why did he say Mafia members are on the road to Hell if all are saved?
So your post 41 says something different than 44. First you said he wasn’t saying that of all the people there and then you said that he was.
For the record, I was not saying he was speaking of universal salvation in that particular homily. My posts have only been reacting to what he clearly stated about those in attendance. What he said was wrong and unCatholic. Period.
This is what he said:
It is beautiful to think of this, to think of Heaven. All of us will be up there together, all of us!
How do you "interpret" the above?
