The Vatican on Monday offered to help the United States in its efforts to close Guantanamo prison, a goal fervently supported by Pope Francis.

Such a selective busybody. I don't recall him campaigning against child euthanasia in Belgium, an issue (unlike Gitmo) which is directly within his purview. His buddy Cardinal O'Malley is in bed with the Democrats.
