Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Anyone who teaches that Satan is limited or chained doesn't know scripture very well.
Thanks for the quotes; I thought your question about “is Satan in chains” was referring to the part in the book of Revelations where it says he was put in chains and thrown in the pit.
And I agree with those scripture quotes you posted; they illustrate clearly what Satan is up to.
Please excuse the mixup; the book of Revelations is not an easy one to figure out !
