Please pray for my six year old daughter. On April 16th she suffered a stroke which left her paralyzed on the left side of her face and her left arm. While hospitalized she suffered an additional stroke which paralyzed her left leg. We were flown to Texas Children's Hospital and are receiving excellent care but the doctors still do not know what is the root cause of the strokes. Sophia is my everything. She has suffered through medical issues her entire life and now we can see depression setting in on her. Her personality is drastically changed and we are worried about her. I am grateful for all prayers. Thank you.
You are in my prayers. Something like this happened in my family. When it first happened, the science wasn’t their to indicate a stroke.
Now, their is genetic testing, which can readily identify risk. Those who were at risk were told to take 1 aspirin a day as a precaution.
A word of hope. The second person it happened to was 11. She wasn’t supposed to see, walk, or talk. She is a junior in college, who sees, rides horses, has been to Australia, etc. She does have some muscle issues, but overall, leads a very robust life.
Dear Jesus, as we are your children, and you know our pain, please grant mercy, peace, and relief to this child of yours, her parents and family. Please let you beauty been seen in this very difficult time. Amen

I am praying for Sophia’s complete recovery, with no residual effects, in Jesus Holy Name.
Jesus, please send The Holy Spirit right now into the room of Sophia. Touch her and heal her and make her and all those that love her know and proclaim your power and glory forever and ever.
Chuckles is right, we need to not doubt our faith and ask boldly for miracles. Many in our church have had miraculous healings by anointing and laying of hands asking for The Holy Spirit to heal whatever is broken.

Please see if you can find someone to give her voice lessons. It will give her something to do while she is not as mobile as usual and she has good vocal talent already at quite a young age. Music has powerful healing qualities and can serve her well for the rest of her life.
She is heartbreakingly beautiful, inside and out.
