For those who have the stomach- here is a short , viral video making the rounds.
I wouldn’t blame you for not seeing it, for it is shocking. A Young woman is sitting on a bench holding an infant, in what looks like a park. She is confronted by another young woman about the same age, who verbally menaces her.
The seated young woman clutches the baby closer to her chest, obviously un-nerved, as a crowd of jeerers surround her. Suddenly the other girl grabs her by the hair, and slams her, baby and all on the cement pad underneath. The baby screams, while the young woman who had been holding him/her, is dragged by her hair across the park, and while other young people, male and female, jeer and laugh.
No one makes a move to comfort the baby.
There could be countless other examples of human depravity, but this one is particularly unnerving in its “un-naturalness”.
Normally a baby will illicit some kind of tenderness, especially in a young woman.
How does a young female descend to such savage fury? What has our toxic, in your face, entitlement, Rap music culture done to the young?
How do people get to the point, in their hatred of others, that not even an innocent baby moves them to some kind of self restraint?
Who raises such savage children?
How is it that young men, can sit around and laugh and jeer at a young woman being administered a beating in public, while holding a baby?
What is going to become of such a rotten culture? Can such a “civilization” ever survive?
I think what we are seeing is spiritual of course, for man is fallen and depraved. But formerly, our Judeo Christian civilization served to hold back and even temper the extremes of depravity, even in unsaved people.
But we have had about a hundred years of the repudiation of those Judeo Christian restraints being repudiated by our cultural “elites”, the opinion shapers, educators, entertainers, church leaders, and yes politicians and government leaders.These are the so called “Kings of the earth and their rulers” spoken of in the second Psalm;
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.(Psalm 2:1-3)
They have been leading the people of our once free nation, on a perpetual “liberation movement” for about the last 100 years.
How do you “Liberate” a free people?
You lie to them, telling them they are bound, and seduce them into throwing off the “shackles” of their former morality and sense of responsibility. You divide them and nourish a sense of entitlement and grievance, and never allow them to reconcile.
Remember the “Sexual revolution”? No fault divorce, and Abortion on demand? The welfare society and the break up of the home?
Now the “Children” are free! But free of what? Free of any respect for anyone but the SELF, and free of morality and family, free of love, civility, and honor and a sense of accomplishment and responsibility.
Behold in the tragic video clip above, the “fruit of leftist liberalism” the brave new “post Christian” world of hate and brutality.
I have one other question- What will the Holy God in heaven do to this people, who can coarsen and corrupt even young ladies, and which has so cheapened life, that people can sit around and laugh as a young woman with a child is brutalized?

I mean, really...I was not shocked at watching the video, I was not surprised...
Obviously, the person taking the video was a part of the incident...
Like the knockout “game” that was all the rage over a year ago...Now it is plain out and out assault...
Seems to me the black community is not policing itself...But then again, why should we expect them to???
People have always been like that though. Selfish, hateful, etc. Sin has almost always been part of this world.

Theologically, the grace of God manifests at two levels: Common grace and saving grace.
Common grace keeps a society, even if largely unsaved, from destroying itself.
Saving grace pardons a soul eternally and redirects its eternal destiny from hell to heaven.
The woes we see in America are those of the spurning of common grace.
Still, there could be worse fates for a people.
You don’t “know” that for sure.
America is here still and we are at least not over the cliff yet. The majority in this country are against the evils. So whatever.

Nobody said there can’t be a comeback, but also it is pretty clear what a comeback would look like, and it would be evangelism and revival.
How do you love your dog?
Also simply having a majority “against” the evils in some manner does not guarantee a good outcome, as we see to our increasing sorrow and chagrin.
There has to be enough power in this majority.
I believe the Lord will permit more and more monstrosities until, at LAST, someone cares... or else the place dissolves in a fatal apathy in the face of militant evil.
This may be the child battered in the earlier black on white attack of a mom in April or March. There have been two recent incidents of black females attacking and injuring white toddlers.
