Rhe Supreme Court has usurped the the function of the legislative branch. The law is only is only what the committee of 9 says it is, regardless of the language or intent of Congress.

Ted Cruz Ping! What a bunch of idiots. First of all, Cruz said “one of the darkest” periods....so that doesn’t minimize this rag’s list....but seriously? Kent State? I mean it was dark, but damn, didn’t impact 300 million people like the Obama Care and marriage rulings.
Cruz was no doubt talking about the double whammy of those two decisions in a 24 hour period.
Rev Troyer is a pacifist, so he thinks war is wrong, and that war is worse than slavery. He fails to see that we just had a silent coup and that we have lost our democracy. We are on the way to serfdom.
