Yes, I know. The place He is preparing will come down with Him LATER, when He returns to set up His kingdom on earth.
Revelation 21:1-4
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.
Have a great Tuesday evening!... Now back to preparing the tools for the left behinds.
Yes, that is a good question. Perhaps God's provision of just a little extra time for confessions and atonements (making reparations) for sins?
Judaism 101: Yom Kippur
Level: Basic. Significance: Day of Atonement Observances: Fasting, Prayer and Repentance Length: 25 Hours

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Now let's keep reading...
44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. 47 Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, My master is delaying his coming, 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of, 51 and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
food in due season?, when he comes, will find so doing, My master is delaying his coming, eat and drink, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of
Find so doing, doing what, fasting? And there's that day and hour again... Verse 46 and 47 are bracketed by food/eating.
I'll be fasting on Yom Kippur 5776 and I hope everyone will as well.
“The moon not giving its light” refers to a lingering disaster...not eclipses. “The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.” Revelation 8:12. It sounds like we lose 8 hours and only get a 16 hour cycle, or the Earth speeds up it’s rotation. Amos speaks of “the sun going down at noon”
Isaiah 13:10 The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.
Matthew 24:29
“Immediately after the distress of those days “’the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’
Revelation 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.(we lose 8 hours in a 16 hour cycle)
The Bible isn’t referring to Blood moon eclipses here! Now, it doesn’t mean that the Tetrad eclipses aren’t some type of sign that God has an eye on things. Yet the verses of Joel, Matthew, Revelation are speaking of a lingering ongoing disaster in the heavens, not temporary eclipses!
Bumped and marked
Ain't it though? Tell me the man is not a prophet speaking to a king and a nation. Tell me that ain't the Spirit talking. You can say it isn't, but I won't believe you...
You won’t hear that from me.
