The Catholic Church is not one giant, worldwide corporation.
It is hundreds of thousands of distinct legal entities in hundreds of thousands of different countries, counties, cities, etc.
How do you imagine a bunch of Italian lawyers “from the Vatican” are supposed to practice in American courts?

my remark was very general. of course I know that but on another point has the Cath Church stepped up to the plate to defend LSOTP? Here’s another point I’d like to bring up.
I’m not totally clued into to what lawyers LSOTP have but did they at any time request a Catholic Church canon lawyer to work in hand with their civil representation? that can be done you know.
If the LSOTP can’t get a canon lawyer or have not been recommeneded to them to even act in a advisement capacity then it’s a sad day on earth here as we know it.
Frankly, i’m outraged by this whole scenario-the feds are holding this organization that is well known for their mission to gov’t standards in obamacare. the whole thing stinks
