Many lefties have most definitely infiltrated.However there are MANY more traditional Catholics who have awoken and are responding.

That is an outright fallacy of a premise. Since homosexuals are incapable of reproducing they cannot pass their 'genetic' makeup on to another generation. The population of homosexuals would disappear in no time. Its a choice not anything in the DNA.

I am not a Catholic, although sincere Catholics have my sincere respect, especially for their staunch support of life. Now, they have my sympathy and prayers as well. This must be a horrible time for them.
How do these clerics not see that sodomy too is part of the culture of death, that John Paul II so eloquently warned about.

It’s in the Catechism now. It appears that is about to change, possibly to make the Church a leading world proponent of homosexuality.
It seems someone has been studying how the US Supreme Court has been able to treat the Constitution as a “living document,” changeable when a majority of judges wish to. The Second Amendment is said to be only one justice away from disappearing. Perhaps the Synod already has the “votes”...

Father Danielson is trying to normalize the abnormal. Trying to minimize the reality of how sexually confused kids can be.
This has a negative affect on children. The lesson of gay men abusing boys in the church seems to escape this guy.
Parents should keep their children far from the catholic church if this is not rejected by the pope.

Theoretically, a homo could have sex with a normal hetero and the child would have a 50% chance of inheriting the homo gene...IF it existed.
However, the infamous “homo gene” has never been found...not unlike the infamous “missing link” that leftists continue to seek to disprove God’s existence.
It all gets back to God and how leftists continue to reject Him and His perfect wisdom. That wisdom includes stating the homosexual lifestyle is a choice and so eveil that it’s an obamanation.

Many a homosexual has kids of his or her own, that they got the old-fashioned way: by sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite sex. Many of these are people who were actually involved in normal (man-woman) marriages who later divorced, got custody of their children, and decided to form a new household with a new partner of the same sex.
That's sad and deeply disordered in itself, but it's even worse when gay people generate genetically-related offspring via the artificial reproduction technologies like artificial insemination, IVF, and surrogacy.
Surely you know that there are "fertility" clinics that cater almost exclusively to the lesbian clientele.

Practically all forms of unnatural sexual practice --- whether we're talking about porn/masturbation, contraception, sodomy, sterilization, "sexual reassignment" surgeries, lesbianism -- are very much part of the "Culture of Death," because they turn our sexual design away from its healthy, natural, normal ---divinely-given ---- openness to Life.
This has been the catechetical teaching of the Catholic Church since at least the Didache (first catechism, ~95 AD) to this very day. And will be until Christ comes again. These anti-life perversions are sabotage against God's design.
