Father, as Veterans Day approaches, we thank You for all who have served our nation in our military, and we ask You to bless them and their families.

Lord, we thank You for the salvation You have given us, eternal and complete, and we pray that You will help us to understand the inheritance we have as Your children. You have given us victory, over the world and over our own sin, and You have made a home and a kingdom for us. May Your Spirit remind us of it, that we may be encouraged. Now to You who are able to keep us from falling, and to present us before Your glorious presence without fault and with great joy - to You, the only God and our Savior, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore!
