The actual part on the Eucharist from the Didache for context.

9:1 Concerning the Eucharist, give thanks this way.

9:2 First, concerning the cup: We thank you, our Father, for the holy vine of David your servant, which you made known to us through Jesus your servant. To you be the glory forever.

9:3 Next, concerning the broken bread: We thank you, our Father, for the life and knowledge which you made known to us through Jesus your servant. To you be the glory forever.

9:4 Even as this broken bread was scattered over the hills, and was gathered together and became one, so let your church be gathered together from the ends of the earth into your kingdom. To you is the glory and the power through Jesus Christ forever.

9:5 Allow no one to eat or drink of your Eucharist, unless they have been baptized in the name of the Lord. For concerning this, the Lord has said, "Do not give what is holy to dogs."

I don't see the catholic position as echoed in the Didache.

6:8 THEY (who hold strange doctrines) ABSTAIN FROM EUCHARIST AND PRAYER,

6:9 BECAUSE THEY (who hold strange doctrines) ALLOW NOT THAT THE EUCHARIST IS THE FLESH OF OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST, WHICH FLESH SUFFERED FOR OUR SINS, AND WHICH THE FATHER OF HIS GOODNESS RAISED UP."

Can the catholic show where Ignatius is teaching transubstantiation as understood in roman catholicism?

Jesus did sacrifice His flesh and blood for us. But no where is Ignatius in this statement claiming what the catholic does.

The Didache (means "teaching") or "The Teaching of the Twelve Apostles" was written in Syria between 70 A.D. and 110 A.D

An early Jewish instructional writing, rewritten for the church and updated much later. As a historical item of interest, great. As a source of truth, no.

Especially note that it is not inspired and not Scripture.

“I don’t see the catholic position as echoed in the Didache.”

An honest person would also say that, “I don’t see the PROTESTANT position as echoed in the Didache” at the very least. But that would take an honest person.

An honest and intelligent person would just read the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom or the Latin Mass to see “see the catholic position as echoed in the Didache.”

“As a source of truth, no.”

Reflection of truth, yes.

“Especially note that it is not inspired and not Scripture.”

But it’s still true.

The apostles did not write the Didache.

Are you saying Jesus is breaking the OT Law against eating blood?

I see nothing in the Didache that mentions transubstantiation.

The Didache has statements that contradict the Word. I guess it's why it was not a part of the NT Canon.

Even at Trent, the RCC did not make it part of the Canon.

The anti-Catholic posters who write this way:
a. have a bug up their butt about something PROBABLY from their childhood;
b. were taught to think that all of us Catholics are doomed to hell (Steve Ray believed this way...until his conversion.); or
c. are just miserably unhappy folks.

They DO indeed need our prayers.

Give up the GOPe for Lent and beyond.

Your response is puerile and your spelling (gopE ??) is iffy.
