The Catholic Justice and Peace Commission of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Australia, has charged that "slow-motion genocide" is taking place in West Papua, an historically Christian province of Indonesia.
"The Indonesians want to replace the Christian religion with Islam," said Sister Susan Connelly, the author of the commission’s report.
"There is clear evidence of ongoing violence, intimidation, and harassment by the Indonesian security forces," added the commission’s executive officer, Peter Arndt.

Har! You so correct about social media, especially Facebook and Tweeter. I went there at first to find old friends. What I found is self-centered morons sharing every part of their mundane lives. Why do people insist on sharing their latest number of sit-ups, miles ran, and their so-cool party experiences? Instagram is even worse.
On a show called, "Join or Die", they often debate this inane growth of social media. I remember when the Internet was an informative media rather than a place for kids to bully each other and expose themselves in public. Social media has been a detriment to our social makeup.
