Yes, they should be sent back.
Don’t baptize your kids though, dedicated them to the Lord. Baptism is for older people making a public showing of their faith.
In the Orthodox Church, babies are routinely Baptized, Chrismated, and Communed relatively soon after they’re born.
Then they are taught to venerate icons long before they can understand what that means, and are routinely brought up for Communion as well. They also hear God’s Holy Word as they are learning to speak and understand.
Then they grow up to be Orthodox Christians. Since all children receive the same Holy Gifts, no adults can put on any show, since we’re all equal!!!!
