Don't forget to have the tumor genetically characterized as a guide to treatment.
Also, (seriously), look in to broccoli sprouts. The active chemical there is sulphoranes -- Johns Hopkins was running a study on them, but the study was so SUCCESSFUL that they cancelled it and began selling the supplement -- you can find various forms on Amazon or on vitamin type websites.
(Recently had a relative go through a lumpectomy: caught before malignancy. Will continue to pray for you & her.)
I didnt say that chemo kills more patients than it saves. I dont have stats on that and it would be difficult to tease such a fact out, as some people clearly turn to chemo when it is a last gasp of hope for a terminal condition.
It is WONDERFUL to see science be used to pinpoint cancer types and select which types will be best treated with chemo. But one day chemo will be seen as archaic as leeches as a medical treatment are today.
People should be free to take any treatment they wish, but some of what goes on in the breast cancer world is a scam. As are some alternative treatments. Best to inform oneself with as much information as can be found and to keep an open mind.
Prayers!
