To: Tell It Right
It is worth considering what Paul said about Jesus (through the Holy Spirit) in Colossians 1:

Col. 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

It is hard to get around this (fairly) plain language.

The question almost becomes, "If you believe in aliens, how did Jesus' blood (on the cross) effect these aliens?
Do THEY have a "sin problem" also?
If so, then how many times was Jesus crucified?"

ALL THINGS...whether they be things in earth, or THINGS IN HEAVEN.

IMHO, that doesn't answer the question of if God created alien life. Col 1:20's "...whether they be things on earth, or things in heaven" (and by "heaven" it could mean outer space) doesn't necessarily say whether or not alien life is out there, but does say if it is it's in Jesus' domain.

So back to my main point of the Copernican Principle practically implying that aliens must exist for atheists being right on the origin of life. Alien life is a question they have to prove (that aliens exist) but not something Christians have to prove (we're good whether or not aliens exist so we don't have to prove neither the existence nor nonexistence of aliens). To me, the more they play up the possibility of aliens existing, the more they show desperation on behalf of atheist belief in origin of life.
