Progress of a Pilgrim
When in these blissful dreams I see
Beyond these temporal skies
Heavens bright and glorious streets
Where wisdom and prudence stride
They gleefully greet each welcome saint
Whos made their voyage home
And through their terrestrial testimonies
Have Christs compassion shown
Each entered an apprenticeship
And were tempered in the trade
Influencing others through relationships
As more Sons of God were made
Though while on earth the veil disguise
His purposes in each day
If opened with inquiring eyes
His instructions on each page
While we in youth with passions wild
Forge through temptations seas
Its when our best is broke
We learn through prayer, - He intercedes
And each petition brought to Him
Brings grace sufficient for our needs
Age brings upon each earthly form
Distortion, pain and grief
But its in the midst of suffering long
Each gains their victories
If each a glass of cool water brought
To one who was in need
Christ said though they be esteemed the least
Of, - These MY Brethren,
- Twas verily done to Me!

John 10:9
I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Revelation 22:17
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
