Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) is running for the Senate seat Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is vacating to run for president. Grayson is challenging Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-Fla.) for the Democratic nomination for the Senate seat. Murphy defeated incumbent Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) in 2012. On the GOP side, Reps. Ron DeSantis and David Jolly are eyeing Rubio's seat....

Hey, why not? In addition to being a bomb-throwing liberal, Alan Grayson’s pedigree is as a trial lawyer. Suing
because he’s mad about something seems pretty natural for a guy like that. And since Democrats have treated the last three congressional elections as largely illegitimate - favoring executive actions by Obama to get around the “obstructionist†yet duly elected majorities - why not seek a way to throw out the election of a Republican president?

The ever entertaining and mercurial Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Florida, threatened to file a lawsuit if the Republican Party picks Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas as its presidential nominee in 2016, according to a Friday story in the Washington Times. Grayson made this threat while appearing on Alan Colmes’ radio show. The
stated reason for the threat is that, in Grayson’s view, Cruz is not a natural born American as required for being president in the United States Constitution, having been born in Canada, albeit to an American mother.
