Wow, no offense, but you’re a complete idiot. Do you want the newspaper (the NY Post is a known right-leaning publication, btw) to NOT tell you what the defendent’s lawyers are submitting to the courts? Do you want them to lie and tell you they submitted a defense that you can agree with? How weird.

This is not an opinion piece by the NY Post. This is a reporting what the court documents submitted by the shooter’s defense lawyer claims. They’ve expressed no opinion on the veracity of the claims made in the document.
