No. I don't believe so but the doctrine of Theotokos or Mary as God bearer (during her pregnancy with Jesus Christ) is of ancient origin, confirmed at 5th century Church Councils at Ephesus and then at Chalcedon.

The Nestorian heresy grew up over the controversy, Nestor believing and teaching that Jesus Christ was not merely possessed of two natures: human and divine but that Jesus Christ was actually two persons: one human and one divine.

As to Mary having been conceived without the stain and consequences of original sin on her soul (alone of all her race bjt for her Son). That suggests that she never died (the dormition or falling asleep of Mary when her time on earth was at an end) and did not suffer the pangs of childbirth. These were necessary positive consequences of being conceived without sin (original sin). I believe that these two benefits to Mary is more fully developed in the Eastern Orthodox Churches than in my own Roman Catholic Church.

I don't claim to be a Scriptural scholar and I will defer to anyone, Catholic or Orthodox who is possessed of superior learning on the matter.

Actually, my entire post is about the hopelessness of what used to be normal Christian or even normally moral parents sending their precious children into the maw of the National Education Association or American Federation of Teachers unions' edumakashunal wasteland designed NOT to educate students in any meaningful way but rather to make for an ever increasingly expensive faculty with unnecessary fat salaried adminstrators galore and very few of them even CAPABLE of educating their pets to "roll over" or "sit" much less incarcerated teenagers to understand what used to be simple studies in algebra or geometry or classical languages and literature or modern languages and literature or even English and its literature, Chemistry or Physics? (fuggedaboudit!)

The BIG problem in gummint edumakashun is how to keep the utterly bored inmates in the prison from escaping to qualified private schools or, worst of all!, homeschooling with its infinite flexibility. And there are THREE answers from the gummint edumakashun apologists and propagandists.

I saw your post but saw little in it to take seriously. "PROPER classrooms" have NOTHING to do with it. St. Ignatius Loyola went into the religious life and teaching high school age students (magnificently) after, as a military man, he suffered the destruction of a knee by a cannonball in a siege. He taught his students OUTDOORS on a hillside in Toledo and until about five decades ago, provided the very finest education available before the Jesuit Order went consciously and voluntarily Marxist (see Frankie the Apostate, and Superiors General like Jean Baptiste Jansens, Pedro Arrupe, Hans Pieter Kolvenbach, and others.
