Hello-- Kathleen Antrim here. I'm sorry to respond to this so late, but I just found this today. I've been living bi-coastally since last May, working on a project and haven't been online as often as I should be. Regardless, I promise all of you that I'm most definitely not this MD4Bush person. I'm a conservative and hope that you'll take my word on that, and if not, please read my political writings on NewsMax and The Examiner. Yes, I did write a novel about the first lady plotting to overthrough the president--and yes, that concept was inspired by Hillary--heck, most people thought she was the president . Anyway, if you need more convincing, I believe most of you know Melanie Morgan--conservative talk show host of KSFO and founder of Move America Forward--well, not only am I a regular guest on KSFO, but Mel is a close friend and I know she'll vouch for me. Please know that any post I do, I will use my name. Also, that project that I'm working on--well, it's a biography on Senator George Allen. Make no mistake about my sentiments, Hillary must be stopped, and I believe Allen is the guy to do it. I send my respect to all of you at Free Republic. You do a very important service. Thank you--Kathleen Antrim antrimnews@aol.com

    Just some FYI on Allen.

I'm not sure how you can call Allen a big government Republican. When he was Governor of Virginia he cut the state government by over 9,000 full-time positions, and increased funding to education and public safety.

As for education, he is fighting to get Virginia a waver from "No child left behind," because the education reforms he implemented while Governor are much stronger, and "No child left behind" would dumb down the Virginia standards.

He reformed Welfare in what was called the most sweeping statewide reform program in the country--decreasing the welfare rolls by 14 percent in the first year. (Child support collections rose by 14 percent.)

As Governor, he abolished parole and instituted "Truth in Sentencing"--if you're sentenced to 25 years, you serve 25 years--none of this get out of jail after serving only a fraction of your sentence.

And he brought over 150,000 new jobs to Virginia and smashed the previous record of $1 Billion in new investment with a staggering $10 Billion in new investment--and he did all of this and more in only 4 years.

He calls himself "Jeffersonian Conservative," and he's big on states rights.

Hope this helps set the record straight.

    Hello All--

I've really enjoyed reading your posts regarding my column about Moore. And I'm honored that you've taken the time to read and conmment on it.

I have great respect for the bloggers, and especially those of you on Free Republic. You all play a really important role in conveying the truth about things that the Mainstream Media won't cover. Yes, I admit it, I'm a conservative columnist in San Francisco. And yes, I do tend to rattle the windows on the left coast.

If you have any questions about the column or myself I'm happy to answer them. And most importantly, if you hear of something going on that you feel should be covered by the MSM, but isn't, do contact me. I can be contacted directly through my website.

    All best--Kathleen Antrim
