I, too, thought years ago like you do - modesty is something that was needed for social niceties. But then years passed, and two things came up: First, why do children won’t keep their clothes on unless “forced” to ? and, Second, when Adam and Eve were closest to God, at the Garden of Eden, were naked ? It was only after the Fall, that modesty came to be.
I’ve heard some OK arguments on the first question, but NEVER to the second one.
Don’t change the subject. YOU don’t consider a 12 year old a “ victim” unless they were raped. You have problems, get help.

I’m not saying I agree or not, but I seem to recall years ago (1950s, 1960s, ?) that the age of consent in Arkansas (and more states?) was 11 or 12. Who needs help?
