Heya folks...been doing a lot of lurking lately, and we are becoming quite famous here on FR. We have been described as rude by some, and rowdy by others. Others recognize our comittment and comment that they should do the same.

Yes, I am not around as much as I used to be, but do not fret, I will probably be around less in the future (I'll let you all know why at a later date...it's nothing bad) but I appreciate the efforts of Max, Gabz and Just another Joe keeping the Lounge alive and thriving....so let's get on with our Wacky Friday Madhouse.

Good. Well, after all, it is Friday and I think I'm going to need something before I get on the plane. A Guiness usually does the job.

First top this morning: The tobbacconist to pick up a nice Partegas - before coffee, before bagel, before anything. Now to secure a goodly supply of Herradurra or Don Julio for the weekend... maybe a little Irish Mist to chase that Belvenie scotch now that the autumn is approaching.

The Irish call it half-and-half. We call it black and tan. The the Irish know as a black and tan is Guiness with Pear cider.

Glad to see this started today. I've been a mere lurker in the past but glad to be out of the closet. And I do prefer coffee to alcohol with my morning smokes, but then I gave up alcohol awhile ago before it gave me up. But that's another story.
