Our next Manhattan FReeper Happy Hour (MFHH) will be Thursday, October 11, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at a location to be announced.

Please save this date and expect a great time with your fellow FReepers in NYC. Look for more information early next week.

We had over twenty FReepers at our inaugural get-together. There are more than 70 of us on the bump list/e-mail list, and room for many more. Please let your friends know and keep this thread bumped.

Typically, our events are Dutch treat, come-as-you-are, with RSVP requested by FReepmail.

PURPOSE:
We are the "Manhattan FReeper Happy Hour," and our sole purpose is to come together after the horror of Sept. 11 and get to know each other as friends. We are leaving aside our political differences and debates, and supporting each other by coming together socially.

WHO IS WELCOME?
Any FReeper and spouse or friend is welcome who lives or works close enough to Manhattan to make our meetings. If you live in Connecticut or New Jersey, but commute to Manhattan, please join us. If you live or work in the boroughs, Westchester County, or other nearby areas, and wish to take a train into Manhattan to meet fellow FReepers, we'd like to meet you.
