If Heaven Needs a Fireman

Today I got a visit
from a policeman hat in hand
I need to see your mommy
His saddened voice command

He said he had a gift for me
That Daddy said to bring
but when he reached out with the gift
I saw a funny thing

It was a little fire truck
Like none I saw before
with all the windows wrinkled up
and the paint bubbled on the door

I thought the man was joking
but when mommy reached the door
She saw the little fire truck
and then fell to the floor

She knew it was from daddy
As she cried there on the rug
and wrapped me in her gentle arms
and squeezed me with a hug

the truck was not that bad

Home.socal.rr.com is the local RoadRunner service in (I am guessing) Southern California. "picsgifs" is someone's home page. There is a link to FR on the page that is under construction. They may just be storing pics that they got around the web - using it as filespace. I saw a some images pulled from TV images (possibly from media websites).
