I want to build my own WOMAN/WOMEN. What's the best....and where are the best sites or places to get things???? I want the best of everything in HER/THEM.....

Hmmm....start with a brain. That way you have someone to talk to and carry on conversations with.
My suggestion as far as that is concerned...look for Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr. I understand he has a lot of experience in the field of cranial screw-top brain surgery.
