MANILA, Dec 5, 2001 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- Three foreigners tagged as members of an international extremist group were arrested in the Philippines last week, a senior military official said Wednesday. The three foreigners, two Palestinians with Iraqi and Lebanese passports respectively and a Jordanian, are reportedly responsible for the recruitment of southern Philippines-based rebels for terrorist training in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, said the official who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The suspects who were arrested by combined police, military and immigration agents during separate raids in Metro Manila and the southern Philippine province of Sultan Kudarat, were also involved in the establishment of a terrorist network in the country as a support system for the Al-Qaeda network of Osama bin Laden.
The official also said that the intelligence community is closely watching a group of Indian nationals suspected to be extremists reportedly plotting to stage terrorist attacks in the country.

Iraqi passports. Sent to terrorist training in Iraq, among other countries. The extent of Iraqi complicity with al Qaeda is becoming clear.

I'd give them life in a Manila prison, IF they each give up two superiors. Otherwise...a short rope and a strong branch.

This maybe the smoking gun on iraq's complecity with osama, and the 9/11 attack. Bombs away! I'm sure the Filipinos have a way of making these middle eastern rats sing. I hear there's lots of tiger sharks in the Philippines Sea.

Maybe, if I give this thread a bump, people will look at it.

That's a start. There are probably hundreds there, especially in Mindanao.
I hope the Filipinos keep the heat on!
