Do not expect a good result in 6-party talks . North Korea is only a chip of China .Though North Korea is faithless sometime . It is like that the Taiwan is a chip of US . In 6-party talks the real opponent is China and US . If the problem is settled .China will lose a important chip to pin the US. It is a reason that China help North Korea to develop nuclear weapon . PYONGYANG, North Korea, June 7, 2005 — A high ranking North Korean official tells ABC News that they have offered to return to the nuclear talks if the United States backs away from some of its more heated rhetoric. Specifically the official referred to recent comments made by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who called North Korea "an outpost of tyranny."
