Ahmed’s “clock” It was Friday, Sept. 11, the 14th anniversary of the most devastating foreign military attack in history on the U.S. mainland. Ahmed Mohamed, 14, was sitting in his Irving, Texas, English class when an alarm went off inside a briefcase the youngster had with him.
