Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, says terrorists will keep coming after Americans if they can: "I see the intelligence," Feinstein told CNN's "State of the Union" with Candy Crowley on Sunday. "Terror is not down in the world. It is up, both death, injuries, in many, many different places. Al-Qaida has metastasized. And the question comes, how do we prevent an attack in this country?"
