World's oldest married man dies The world's oldest married man has died at the age of 105. Percy Arrowsmith and his wife Florence, 100, made it into the Guinness Book of Records after celebrating their 80th wedding anniversary on 1 June. The couple, from Hereford, also held the record for being the oldest married couple in the world. Mr Arrowsmith died peacefully at his home on Wednesday morning.
